If you are a new user, please click the "Register Account" button. If the Pathway Program Office (PPO) has notified you that you already have an account, please enter the email address provided by the PPO and click "Forgot Password" and follow the reset password prompts.
As part of the application fee, applicant organizations receive up to 25 memberships in the Pathway Learning Community. Once all application materials are received and approved by the pathway program office, a Docusign agreement will be sent to the CNO. Once that is signed, the organization will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org regarding the staff enrollment form. Completion of this form is required for access to the community.
